新记录不是“以前从未飞来”
报道显示，武汉9月共监测253种野生鸟类，比去年同期多10种；蒙古沙鸻和北短翅蝗莺经认定成为武汉市新记录，使市鸟类名录A、B类合计达到485种。新记录指此前没有被当地名录接受的可靠证据，不等于该鸟历史上绝未经过武汉。
两项记录日期分别为9月12日和9月25日，消息在10月12日发布。时间链必须完整保留，不能把历史观察改写成“今天还在”，也不应根据原报道地名组织即时围观。
两种鸟需要不同证据
蒙古沙鸻是小型鸻类，应记录体形比例、嘴腿、胸带、背羽和飞行翼纹，并拍到与邻近鸻鹬的尺度对比。当前分类把它称为Siberian Sand Plover，学名Anarhynchus mongolus；引用旧资料时要说明名称体系。
北短翅蝗莺善隐蔽，褐色上体和短圆翅本身不足以确认。连续照片、叫声录音、尾形、眉纹、下体与活动环境共同构成证据；若只有短促一瞥，应保留为蝗莺科未定。
一份可复核提交怎样写
提交原始文件、准确时间、天气、广域地点、生境、观察距离、器材、同行观察者、连续行为和排除相似种的理由。公开版可删减坐标，完整坐标仅交给名录审核者或科研管理机构。
不播放叫声逼出隐蔽林鸟，不围堵灌丛，也不踏入泥滩追鸻类。若审核者要求补充材料，提供原图和原始录音而不是二次压缩截图；结果未定时耐心等待，不先用“首例”吸引流量。
A first record does not mean the bird never came before
Wuhan monitored 253 wild bird species in September, ten more than the same month last year. Acceptance of Siberian Sand Plover and Baikal Bush Warbler as city firsts raised categories A and B of the local checklist to 485 species. A first means no earlier evidence had been accepted, not that the bird had never crossed Wuhan.
The observations were made on September 12 and September 25, while publication came on October 12. Preserve that timeline. Do not rewrite an old observation as 'still present today' or use the source's place names to organize a crowd.
The two species require different evidence
For Siberian Sand Plover, document proportions, bill, legs, breast pattern, upperparts and flight wing pattern, ideally with nearby shorebirds for scale. Current taxonomy uses Siberian Sand Plover and Anarhynchus mongolus; identify the taxonomy when comparing older sources.
Baikal Bush Warbler is secretive, and brown upperparts plus short rounded wings are not enough. A sequence of photographs, calls, tail, supercilium, underparts and habitat together support identification. A brief glimpse should remain an unidentified Locustellidae warbler.
Writing a reviewable submission
Provide original files, exact time, weather, broad locality, habitat, distance, equipment, co-observers, continuous behaviour and reasons for excluding similar species. The public copy can remove coordinates; full coordinates go only to checklist reviewers or authorized research managers.
Do not use playback to force a skulking bird out, surround scrub or walk onto mud for a plover. If reviewers ask for more, supply originals rather than compressed screenshots. When evidence is unresolved, wait for review instead of advertising a 'first'.
