国家林草局在9月24日刊发央视报道，确认喀什单地单次记录511只黑鹳；央视节目页面显示核心记录对应9月15日。记录日期与发布日期相隔数日，不能把511只写成今天仍在。
迁徙鸟群会随风向、水位、食物和干扰迅速移动。这个数字说明喀什在秋迁期的重要性，却不保证游客到某一水域即可见到同样数量；出发前只核对林草部门、保护地或公开景区最新公告。
远距离确认黑鹳，不用接近群体
黑鹳是大型涉禽，成鸟体羽大部黑色并有绿紫色金属光泽，腹部白色，嘴和腿偏红；飞行时颈部伸直。幼鸟嘴腿较暗、体羽更褐，逆光下不要只凭“大型黑鸟”下结论。
计数大群时可用单筒望远镜分区，每区以十只或二十只为参照再累加；宽幅证据照比靠近追求特写更有价值。遇热浪、重叠或频繁起飞，应记录数量区间和误差。
纪录越罕见，位置越需要模糊
不根据地貌、道路或影像背景反推并传播具体水域，不实时发布集结点、夜栖地或稳定觅食点。车辆停在允许区域，不下滩、不包抄、不鸣笛、不放无人机；群体警戒、移动或起飞就是距离过近。
在公开区域偶遇黑鹳，只公开县域级位置、时间、数量区间和行为；精确资料应通过当地林草或专业监测渠道提交。一次纪录的科学价值来自可复核数据，不来自吸引更多人同时到场。
Start with the date: this is a dated monitoring record
The NFGA carried the CCTV item on September 24, confirming a single-site count of 511 Black Storks in Kashgar. The CCTV programme page dates the core record to September 15. Publication and observation are days apart, so 511 must not be presented as today's total.
A migrating flock can move quickly with wind, water, food and disturbance. The count demonstrates Kashgar's importance during autumn passage; it does not promise the same total at one waterbody. Check only current notices from forestry authorities, protected areas or public attractions.
Identify from distance instead of approaching
Adults are mainly black with green-purple gloss, a white belly and reddish bill and legs; in flight the neck is extended. Juveniles have duller bills and legs and browner plumage. Do not identify every large dark bird in backlight as a Black Stork.
Divide a scope view into sectors, establish a ten- or twenty-bird reference group and add the sectors. Wide evidence frames for review are more useful than approaching for portraits. Heat haze, overlap and repeated flight require a count range and stated uncertainty.
The rarer the record, the broader the location
Do not reverse-engineer the waterbody from landscape, roads or video backgrounds, and never live-share the gathering point, roost or dependable feeding site. Park only where permitted; do not enter flats, encircle birds, honk or fly a drone. Alert posture or lift-off means you are too close.
For public reports, use only county-level locality, time, a count range and behaviour. Send finer detail through local forestry or professional monitoring channels. Scientific value comes from reviewable evidence, not from drawing a crowd.
